Day of Giving - November 4th, 2022

Today is the Ripley County Community Foundation “Day of Giving”. All gifts made to a endowed fund on this day will be eligible to receive a 50% match. You can honor the memory of a family member or a friend, leave a legacy or pay-it-forward.

The NMLRA (National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association) is lucky to have a fund through which we can get a distribution each year from if needed. The most recent use of this was the new scoring room on the Walter Cline Range.

To donate you can go to https://rccfonline.org/giving-opportunities/rccf-family-of-funds/. Our fund is National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association Fund #292 – To provide support to the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association.

When on the page click on Donate. Choose second option Give a Gift to an Established Fund. Click Donate Now. Put in your amount and then fill in the options it asks. Where can we designate your gift? In this box scroll all the way to the bottom and it is the NMLRA fund. Continue. And fill in the information asked - here is where you can Dedicate this Donation and you can put in honor of someone.

The NMLRA is very appreciative of all donations and this is a way to add even more to what you can give.

Starting tomorrow (Tuesday) 8am EST - Facebook will match dollar for dollar to any donation. They will stop this campaign after donating $7 million, which won’t last long.
Plan to help Facebook support the NMLRA

The NMLRA is a 501(c)3 created to promote, support, nurture, and preserve our Nation’s rich historical heritage in the sport of muzzleloading through recreational, educational, historical, and cultural venues such as match competition, hunting, gun making and safety, historical re-enactments, exhibits, museums, libraries, and other related programs.

The NMLRA is devoted to the concept of providing high-quality educational instruction in a great learning environment that inspires both the students and the teachers. The NMLRA Education Center, which opened in 2010, is an ideal facility for historical education and the heritage arts associated with the sport of muzzleloading.

Giving Tuesday is December 3rd making it the perfect time to support the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association and help us preserve American History
