“Why aren’t meetings live-streamed?”
There are several difficulties facing us when it comes to broadcasting the meetings. The first being able to make sure those in attendance could hear/those on the call being able to hear enough to participate. The 2nd problem being equal participation, video conferenced board members had difficulty participating in the discussion fully, and the same would go for video conferenced members. We trying to find a better way to do things but at this time what we are finding is expensive and takes time away from the other work needing done at this time. Thank you for your patience with us.
